Claim forms

Please fill in a separate claim form for each insured person and each illness or type of claim. Check your policy number from your insurance card or your employer before you start filling in the claim form.

  • Costs due to luggage or personal items broken/stolen/lost during your journey.
  • If your luggage has been damaged, delayed or lost by the airline, report it immediately to them and claim for the cost from the airline first.
  • If your personal items have been stolen, report it to the local police.
