What is the role of a controller trainee?

The controller trainee programme is providing the wide spectra from business and financial control within Ifs Business Areas to Corporate Control which offers a more holistic view.

As a controller trainee you will perform analyses and gather insights to understand value creation, market trends, competitor environment and market position. You will develop efficient processes for planning, and you will follow-up on monthly financial performance. You will also support selected strategic initiatives and business development projects.

Who are we looking for?
- Graduates with Msc. in economics, industrial engineering with a focus on accounting, finance, controlling or business and management
- Great academical results
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
- Self driven and analytical person with the ambition to grow
- Are curious about the insurance industry and want to contribute with your expertise and challenge the way we work today!
