We want to do what is right
– If’s whistleblowing service
If's long-term success is built on doing business in a fair and ethical way. This is described in our Ethics Policy. (pdf 313 KB)
We are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards and according to applicable laws, rules and regulations. If's internal control and operating procedures are designed to detect and prevent misconduct and fraudulent actions. However, even the most efficient controls cannot fully safeguard us against all possible incidents. For this reason, we encourage our stakeholders, including customers, partners as well as our own employees to report any suspected fraudulent or unethical behaviour in our operations.
What can you report?
Whistleblowing provides an opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct or irregularities such as fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal or negligent activity or behaviour. The whistleblowing procedure should not be used for customer complaints or to report on issues related to personal disputes. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
How to report
We primarily encourage you to report openly, by providing your own name and contact details, as all reports are handled with strict confidentiality. However, you may also choose to report anonymously by using our system, which is managed by an external party, WhistleB. The system is separate from If’s IT systems and does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person sending a message.
