Online doctor
Online doctor’s appointments with Hjemmelegene are from 1 February included in the health insurance and can be used free of charge.
Here you can quickly and easily contact experienced GPs when you need it, no matter where you are. With the help of video, the doctor can assess the symptoms, so that you get sound advice and recommendations tailored to you.
The digital doctor’s appointment can be done on a PC, mobile or tablet, and this service can be used by you who are insured and your children under the age of 18.
You can get help with:
- Treatment and follow-up of medical problems, which do not require physical examinations.
- If necessary, referral to a medical specialist for further examinations.
- Renewal of prescriptions for most regular medicines.
This is how you get started:
- Go to no/forsikring
- Log in with your Bank-ID and the contract number for Equinor’s health insurance, which is SP2013804
- Briefly describe your medical challenge.
- After the booking, you will receive a message with a link to the video room where you will meet the doctor.
Hjemmelegene does not have an app, but you can add the Hjemmelegene website to your phone screen this way:
- Access the website no/forsikring with your phone.
- For iPhone: Tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen"
- For Android: Press Menu and select "Add to home page”
Opening hours:
Hjemmelegene’s digital medical service is open every day at 7:00 am - 10:00 pm throughout the year.
Medical health advisory service - manned by nurses
If you need medical advice and guidance outside of these opening hours, or for any health-related questions that does not requires you to see a doctor, you can contact our medical advisory service at 21 49 24 01. Here you will meet experienced nurses who can answer your questions about health and illness. This service is open 24/7 all year round.
The Overvinne-app
The Overvinne-app is developed by psychologists, and gives you help for self-help through videos, exercises, audio files, mood reports and articles. You can use the app alone or with a psychologist, anytime and anywhere.
To use the Overvinne-app, go to overvinne.no and register as a new member. You can use the services in the app for free and as much as you want - without a referral from a doctor. The program corresponds to a treatment course of 15 hours of psychology treatment.
